DLA Troop Support intends to issue at a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of the following NSN 3950-99-244-1495. This RFP will be in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The nomenclature of this NSN is a Parts Kit, Winch. Solicitation period will be 30 days. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) and the Government Point-Of-Entry (GPE) through SAM.gov after October 10th, 2024. It will be for Definite Quantity Item Contract for a One-Time Large Buy on a Fixed Price Contract. All material being both Direct Vendor Delivery CONUS only. This acquisition will be unrestricted. The required production lead time is 140 days ADO. All pricing will be on an FOB Destination basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be destination. All items have a shelf life. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by DLA Troop Support.
