This acquisition is for a firm fix-price proposal for the procurement of an estimated 918 ISO Shipping Containers - 20’ X 8’ X 8”6” CONTAINER (NSN 8150-01-463-8553) with quantity price breaks. The container(s) should be new and to be delivered to two (2) different CONUS locations. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and should frequently monitor the site for any amendments. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM). Offerors who do not submit a fully completed proposal will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and tie set for receipt of proposals may render vendor offer non-responsive and may result in rejection of the same.
