This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA Troop Support Philadelphia anticipates the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This is an unrestricted acquisition for the procurement and delivery of BOH Environmental specialized shipping/storage containers, shelters, and accessories for DoD customers, military commands and civilian agencies worldwide. The intent for this solicitation is to request prices for one hundred and forty-two (142) National Stock Numbers that are cataloged in Federal Stock Class 8145 and 8150 and part numbered to BOH Environmental, LLC, cage Code 6GBG2. Accessories are defined as components of the end item (containers/shelters), which includes, but are not limited to modules, drawers, shelters, dividers and cabinets. The required delivery will be 120 days for all items. The unit of issue is either Each (EA) or Set (SE). The government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data to facilitate competition. Drawings are not available. Procurement Note M06/L04 Conditions for evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items will be included in the solicitation. The resulting contract will have a base ordering period of one (1) year with an option to extend the contract terms in four, one-year increments for a maximum five year contract period. Delivery will be F.O.B Origin. To be considered for award, contractors must submit a complete technical data package for BOH Environmental items along with their complete technical package and commercial catalogue with their complete product line for evaluation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
