The requirement will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.5. Containers must comply with ISO standards. SURPLUS CONTAINERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT COLOR Federal Standard 595 (FED-STD-595/34094 Camo-Green) with ISO markings in white. DELIVERY NOTICE REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide the delivery location POC’s with an estimated delivery schedule 30 days before delivery of any containers. Call the Delivery POC at least 24 hours prior to shipment to confirm delivery instructions. QUOTE SUBMISSION The DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) electronic upload is the sole method of quote submission.A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil./ DIBBS is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) items of supply. Mailed offers, e-mailed offers, hand-carried offers and facsimile offers are NOT authorized for receipt of initial proposals. However, in the event of solicitation amendments, clarifications and/or negotiations, revisions to the initial proposal are hereby authorized via email responses to anna.lake@dla.mil and/or nazlah.nash-mitchell@dla.mil.
