Interested contractors will be required to submit a complete technical data package, which will be forwarded to the Engineering Support Activity (ESA) for review. This technical package must include a copy of the original manufacturer’s drawings for comparison by the ESA. The drawings are proprietary to the manufacturer and the Government is not in possession of the said drawings. Only completed packages with the original manufacturer and interested party will be review by the ESA. Original manufacturer drawings must be obtained directly from the manufacturer by the interested party.
