The Government intends to solicit for a long-term contract for NSN 8145-01-516-5386 with a maximum length of 5 years. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract and the Government intends to make multiple awards. The Government intends to allow for post award competition of delivery order requirements among awardees. The Government will make awards to responsive, responsible offerors whose prices are determined fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to make a single award and will not make more than 3 awards under this contract. All contract awards resulting from the Government’s solicitation will be indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts and the performance period will be five years (with no options). Pricing is to be submitted for five (5) years. The unit of issue for this SHIPPING AND STORAGE CONTAINER, MISCELLANOUS is 1 container equals 1 unit. The Annual Estimated Order Quantity for this item is 8,269 units. The contract delivery locations will be Tracy, California, San Diego, California, and New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. This synopsis should NOT be considered a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The estimated release date of this solicitation is August 14, 2025. This date is subject to change. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
