This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SPE8ED-21-Q-0452 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government will make an award, as a result of this solicitation, to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and past performance being considered. Supplier Performance Risk System- (SPRS) may be used, along with any other relevant information, in evaluating contractor past performance. Offerors are required to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
