DLA Troop Support is seeking information in anticipation of issuing solicitations for National Stock Number (NSN) 7105 01-509-1390 and 7105 01-326-1816. DLA is considering a long-term contract for these items with delivery locations in Tracy, California and New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. This potential long-term contract would be a 5 year contract with a 2 year base and 3 one-year options. Please respond to this request with the below-requested information: 1) Provide F.O.B. origin and F.O.B. destination pricing for Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Please include quantity price breaks. 2) Provide the estimated delivery lead time for these items. Include delivery lead times for all quantity price breaks provided for each NSN. 3) Describe your manufacturing capabilities and/or sources. Please include the name and address of any manufacturing source and a point of contact. 4) Confirm whether any portion of the manufacturing process will be subcontracted. If so, advise whether all subcontractors have a valid CAGE code. 5) Describe the quality assurance information your company and suppliers provide. Please explain how this information is used and detail any quality controls in place. 6) Confirm the country of origin for all material used for manufacturing each NSN. 7) Confirm whether your products are compliant with DFARS 252.225-7012, Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities (the Berry Amendment) This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA is seeking sources of supply for the above-referenced NSNs. The sources sought information is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is not obligated to purchase any materials as a result of this inquiry. Any resultant solicitation will be synopsized on FEDBIZOPPS website or DIBBs website.
