DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of one NSN, 4140-00-516-5002 (Fan, Vaneaxial), under solicitation number SPE8E9-23-Q-0182. This item is manufactured to the following: PROCURE TO MIL-STD-2073-1D. IDENTIFY TO: MIL-STD-130N, 15 DEC 1999 MARKING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-STD-129. SPECIAL MARKING CODE:ZZ -ZZ Special Requirements IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-PRF-18953C(1) REVISION NR C DTD 08/01/2017 PART PIECE NUMBER: M18953AA20WA4W6NANANA IAW REFERENCE UNK QPL-18953-30 NOT 1 REVISION NR 30 DTD 01/15/2009 PART PIECE NUMBER: *Please note that the manufacturer for the QPL item must be QPL approved at the time of the contract award. The solicitation period will be 30 days; the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on SAM.gov AFTER January 17, 2023. It will be for a one-time large procurement for a quantity of 15 EA with a quantity option included (either 50% or 100%). The anticipated required delivery schedule is 350 days ADO. If a quantity option is exercised the same delivery schedule will apply to the quantity option. Delivery will be FOB Origin, Inspection / Acceptance at Destination. All proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation with pricing for the base quantity of 15, as well as quantity option pricing for 50% and 100%. Follow directions as outlined in the solicitation when posted. NOTE: Copies of the solicitation package will not become available until the solicitation issue date; copies will be made available on SAM at https://www.SAM.gov. From the DIBBS Homepage select “RFP/IFB’s” from the top toolbar. Then search by the subject solicitation number. RFQs are in portable documents format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at https://www.adobe.com. This solicitation will not be made available through electronic data interchange (EDI). No hard copies of the solicitation are available.
