DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of NSN 9320-01-240-5534 under solicitation number SPE8E9-23-R-0002. This requires Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) and item is manufactured to the following: IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 53711 8206982 REVISION NR A DTD 06/09/2009 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE DRAWING NR 80064 MIL-A-24486ANOT1 REVISION NR DTD 03/21/1991 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE SPEC NR MIL-A-24486A NOT 2 REVISION NR A DTD 11/26/2021 PART PIECE NUMBER: A single award contract is anticipated. The solicitation period will be 14 days; the RFP will be posted on Beta Sam sometime AFTER January 17, 2023. This procurement will be for a Long-Term Contract. The contract will consist of a two-year base and three possible one-year options, with each option year priced out. The annual estimated quantity for this item is 1,131 BX (each box contains 6 EA). Deliveries will be F.O.B. Origin to CONUS depots (stock) with Inspection / Acceptance at Destination. First-Destination Transportation will apply. If the vendor is required to perform FAT the first order only will have I/A at Origin. All proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation with Firm-Fixed Pricing for the two-year base and each of the three option periods. Follow directions as outlined in the solicitation once posted. NOTE: Copies of the solicitation package will not become available until the solicitation issue date; copies will be made available on Beta Sam at https://www.beta.SAM.gov.
