The contract has a guaranteed minimum order value of $46,143.06 during the base period and a maximum contract value of $5,000,000. Deliveries will be shipped to DLA Depots within the continental United States, with specific locations to be designated on individual delivery orders. The Government will award to the responsible offeror with the lowest evaluated price, using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method.
