This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION is for DLA Troop Support solicitation SPE8E8-24-R-0006. This solicitation was issued on 10/21/2024 and has been extended until Friday, May 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM, EST. There have been four amendments issued to date, which are also a part of the solicitation package. This procurement is for one National Stock Number (NSN) 9330-00-489-1781, described as a Plastic Sheet. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition, with the intention of awarding an indefinite quantity contract with a two-year base period and three (3), one-year options, for a total possible five (5) year contract. In accordance with DGPA 13.501-P, this acquisition is being processed under the authority of FAR 13.5, "Test Program For Certain Commercial Items" and, therefore, will utilize simplified procedures for soliciting competition, evaluation, and award documentation and notification that comply with FAR Subpart 13.1. The Government intends to make two (2) independent Firm Fixed Price awards, by LOT, to two (2) different vendors, as cited in the Caution Notice of this solicitation. However, the Government reserves the right to make a single award for 100% of the requirement if it is in the best interest of the Government. The Government will make an award(s) as a result of this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) offering the lowest evaluated price, most technically acceptable (LPTA) offer, taking no exceptions to the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation, including offering an item that complies with the applicable description.
