DLA Troop Support Philadelphia is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to manufacture, produce or support a requirement for LANDING CRAFT AIR CUSHION, AIR CONDITIONER identified under NSN 4120-01-512-2399 iaw SNOWBIRD ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS part number LCAC-33KH-1 “REV-A”. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 333415. Manufacturing. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by DLA Troop Support for any purpose. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your company has the potential capacity to provide the items listed herein, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web address, telephone number, business size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability, and a technical data package, citing NSN, part number, drawing performance or design specs for our evaluation. Data submitted by interested parties for evaluation must cover design materials, performance, function, interchangeability, inspection and /or testing criteria, and other characteristics of the offered product. 3) If subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. The government will evaluate information that is submitted, to ascertain potential capability in meeting the government’s minimum requirement, consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated.
