DLA Troop Support, Construction and Equipment Supply Chain, has an annual estimated requirement for 800 EA Self Contained Breathing Apparatus Air Cylinders, manufactured iaw Scott Technologies part number 804722-01, under NSN 4240-01-515-7154. This requirement will be solicited through a Commercial Request For Proposal, with the intent of awarding an Indefinite Quantity Contract, with a one year Base, with four - one year option terms. This acquisition will be issued as unrestricted on an other than full and open competition basis under FAR 13.5 procedures, due to the commerciality of the subject item. Price will be the only evaluation factor due to the expectation that best value will result from selection of the acceptable proposal that meets or exceeds all of the terms and conditions of the solicitation, while offering the lowest evaluated price. This is a DLA Direct acquisition with a required delivery of 60 days after date of order. Anticipated post date is April 18, 2023.
