Multiple awards are sought via Fair Opportunities Ordering, with one or two long-term indefinite quantity contracts anticipated, each with a one-year base and four one-year options. Award will use tradeoff source selection, evaluating past performance and price, and First Article Testing is required for all offerors. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS after November 15, 2026. Deliveries will be FOB Destination to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock).
