All deliveries are to be FOB Origin to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock). This acquisition will a Total Small Business Set-Aside. First Article Testing is required. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) June 24, 2025. Copies of the RFQ/Solicitation can be obtained by accessing: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFQs" from the top menu bar. Then search by the solicitation number you wish to download. RFQs are in portable document format (PDF).
