A Commercial solicitation for the Chemical Light Sticks will be issued with intent to award an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base term of two (2) years and three (3) one-year options. Option pricing is to be priced out in the initial proposal. FAR Part 13.5 will be used to solicit and award this acquisition. All deliveries are to be FOB Origin to a CONUS Customer Direct. This acquisition will unrestricted. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER December 26, 2023.
