A commercial solicitation for the Headlight NSN 6220-01-600-5069 will be issued with intent to award an Indefinite Quantity, Fixed-Price Contract with a two-year base and three one-year options. The estimated annual quantity is 1822 each. Option pricing is to be priced out in the initial proposal. FAR Part 13.5 will be used to solicit and award this acquisition. All deliveries are to be FOB Origin to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock). This acquisition will be a total small business set aside acquisition.
