Interested contractors are requested to review the below descriptions carefully to identify any potential manufacturing challenges and formulate any questions. The intent of this sources sought notice is to gather information that will identify sources for the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced items under a long-term contract. These Chemical Light Sticks are currently manufactured by Cyalume Technologies (0BY83). These items have a shelf life ranging from 2 years to 4 years, must contain only environmentally-safe chemistries that are nonflammable and phthalate-free, and must pass performance testing requirements.
