A Commercial, Unrestricted solicitation for the Fan, Vaneaxial NSN 4140-00-944-2557 will be issued with intent to award a one-time buy for a quantity of 130 each. FAR Part 13.5 will be used to solicit and award this acquisition. All deliveries are to be FOB Origin to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock). The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
