CLIN 0002 is for a quantity of 13,615/EA. Both are Customer Direct (DVD). All deliveries are to be FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This acquisition will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals from Large Businesses will not be evaluated. Proposals will be evaluated and award will be made to the responsible offeror offering the lowest evaluated price whose offer conforms to all the terms and conditions in the solicitation. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on July 16th, 2020 and will close 5 calendar days later.
