A Commercial solicitation for the Cockpit, Floodlight, Electric, Aircraft, NSN 6220-01-651-6453, will be issued with intent to award an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base term of two (2) years and three (3) one-year options. The estimated annual demand quantity is 476 each. Option pricing is to be priced out in the initial proposal. FAR Part 13.5 will be used to solicit and award this acquisition. All deliveries are to be FOB Origin to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock). This acquisition will unrestricted. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER July 13, 2020. Copies of the RFQ/Solicitation can be obtained by accessing: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFQs" from the top menu bar. Then search by the solicitation number you wish to download. RFQs are in portable document format (PDF).
