Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support (DLATS) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of 150 each of NSN 6210-01-664-0615, Fixture, Lighting under solicitation number SPE8E7-19-R-0001. The approved source of manufacture for the item is LC Doane (CAGE 85213) under part number 600A-SSL-A. Offerers supplying other than exact product(s) must submit a complete Technical Data Package (TDP) with their proposal for evaluation and approval. The RFP will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) no sooner than February 24, 2020. The procurement will be for a firm fixed price and will also include a 50 percent quantity option. The contract shall be awarded under FAR Part 15– Contracting By Negotiation. This acquisition will be unrestricted and the required production lead time is 120 days ADO. Delivery will be FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Destination. All proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation with a firm-fixed price inclusive of a 50 % quantity option. All responsible sources must submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will not become available until the solicitation issue date. Copies will be made available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From DIBBS homepage, select "RFP/IFB/Non-Quotable RFQs" from the top toolbar.
