All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be at origin. FAT will be required for vendors without approved FAT. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is December 5, 2024. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLATS.
