DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a five year fixed price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for NSN 5660-00-921-5516, BARBED TAPE,CONCERT. The RFP will contain a two (2) year base period and three (3) one (1) year option terms. The anticipated contract maximum will be $70,000,000.00. The estimated annual demand quantity of the item is 124,544 RO. Delivery will be FOB Origin. The Government required delivery schedule is 30 Days. FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures will be utilized. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 will be the source selection approach. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The estimated release date of the solicitation is September 7, 2022. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
