The NSNs are provided on the attached spreadsheet. The purpose of this market survey is to determine an acquisition strategy that will enhance our support of military customers worldwide as well as to determine what your industry will be capable of providing with respect to the required items. For this reason, DLA Troop Support would appreciate your firm sharing your expertise and insight into how these items can be most efficiently procured. This market survey does not constitute an Invitation for BID (IFB), a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP) and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Any information or pricing received will not be binding. The U.S. Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this market survey. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this market survey will not be reimbursed. The market survey is attached. DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a five-year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for NSN 5660-00-596-2384, NSN 5660-00-224-8663... DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a five-year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for NSN 5660-00-596-2384, NSN 5660-00-224-8663, and NSN 5660-01-309-4223 for Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) or DLA Direct requirements. The RFP will be issued as an unrestricted acquisition and will contain a two (2) year base period and three (3) one (1) year option terms. The guaranteed minimum for the resultant contract will be a one-time obligation of $51,200.00 for the life of the contract regardless of any exercised option periods. The anticipated contract maximum will be $7,000,000.00. Delivery will be FOB Origin. The Government required delivery schedule is 60 Days. FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items procedures will be utilized. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 will be the source selection approach. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The estimated release date of the solicitation is January 16, 2020. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available through DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
