The contract including the base period and option years will not exceed five years. Delivery will be FOB Origin. The Government required delivery schedule is 500 RO due 30 days ADO, 1000 RO due every 30 days thereafter until completion.

DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a five year Firm Fixed price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for NSNs 5660002629914, 5660002701510, 5660002701587, 5660002601588 and 5660002701589 for Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) or DLA Direct requirements. The RFP will be issued as a total small business set aside and will contain a two (2) year base period and three (3) one (1) year option terms. The anticipated contract maximum will be $30,000,000.00. Delivery will be FOB Origin. The Government required delivery schedule is 45 Days. FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiations and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures will be utilized. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 will be the source selection approach. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The estimated release date of the solicitation is May 21, 2020. The date is subject to change.
