DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in a two-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for NSN 7690-016756387 for Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD). The RFQ will be issued as an unrestricted acquisition and will contain a two (2) year base period. The award that results from this solicitation will be issued as a simplified acquisition. The dollar value of this IDPO may not exceed $250,000.00 for the total of all delivery orders issued during the ordering period of two years. This IDPO will expire at the end of two years or when $250,000.00 is reached, whichever comes first. Award will be made on an "all or none" basis. Prices quoted shall remain valid for the entire two year period. Delivery will be FOB Origin. The Government required delivery schedule is 30 Days after receipt of order. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The estimated release date of the solicitation is January 20, 2020. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available through DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
