The procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The resulting contract will be a Fixed Price Contract for the procurement of 8,000 EA, NSN 4220-01-113-8665, Life Preserver Vest. The item is an Air Force Designated Critical Safety Item (CSI). Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. This request will allow for a single award. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
