DLA Troop Support is seeking contractors for worldwide Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) for Maintenance, Repair, and Operation (MRO) supplies and related services. The contract will have a two-year base period with up to four additional two-year option periods, and performance will occur at military installations and other authorized locations worldwide. The total estimated value of the acquisition is $5,214,000,000, with a maximum obligation limit of $10,428,000,000. Up to seven awards are anticipated, with two reserved for small businesses, and proposals will be evaluated using a Best Value Tradeoff approach where non-price factors are significantly more important than price.
