Questions submitted prior to that date and time will be answered to the extent practicable thereafter by amendment to the solicitation. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** DLA Troop Support has issued a solicitation for Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Vendor Support for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) supplies for the CONUS-Alaska-Hawaii regions. This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. A single award TLS Vendor Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded for each zone. The resultant contracts will have one two-year base period followed by four (4) two-year option periods. The CONUS-AK-HI program consists of six (6) regions with two zones per region as follows: Northeast Zone 1: States of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington D.C (including one storefront at the Pentagon). Northeast Zone 2: States of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania (including one storefront at Letterkenny Army Depot), Rhode Island and Vermont. Southeast Zone 1: States of Alabama (including one storefront at Anniston Army Depot), Florida, Mississippi, the island of Puerto Rico, SOUTHCOM, United States Army South (USARSO) and United States Virgin Islands. Southeast Zone 2: States of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. South Central Zone 1: States of Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. South Central Zone 2: States of Louisiana (including a storefront in Fort Polk) and Texas. Southwest Zone 1: State of California. Southwest Zone 2: States of Arizona, Nevada and Utah. NorthWest/Central Zone 1: States of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. NorthWest/Central Zone 2: States of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming. Hawaii/Alaska Zone 1: State of Hawaii (including a storefront in Fort Shafter) and the island of Guam, American Samoa, Mariana Islands, and Kwajalein Atoll. Hawaii/Alaska Zone 2: State of Alaska. The scope of the solicitation includes but is not limited to: 1. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) supplies 2. Plumbing supplies (including bath and shower items and ablution units) 3. Electrical products (including generators, wire/cable, connectors, sockets, outlets, lights, etc.) 4. Tools of various kinds 5. Chemical, lubricating, and rubber products and products including the same 6. Construction supplies (including, but not limited to, cement, lumber, plywood, bricks, blocks, steel, aluminum, metal products, and conduits) 7. Pre-fabricated structures to include re-locatable buildings (RLBs) 8. Perimeter security items, such as barriers, barbed wire, concertina wires, and sand bags 9. Communication devices, such as walkie-talkies and two-way radios, used by the maintenance personnel 10. Appliances (excluding food service equipment) 11. Janitorial and sanitation products 12. Various other commercial supplies required by the war-fighters to accomplish their mission as it relates to facilities maintenance or sustainment 13.
