This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide DLA Direct replenishment coverage. The solicitation will be unrestricted, issued under FAR Part 15 procedures, and will utilize Full and Open Competition Procedures under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (a) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.102. The total duration will be a 3 BASE YEARS and shall not exceed 3 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract in accordance with the specs and standards of the Qualified Product List (QPL). Pricing will be solicited for four quantity ranges for this NSN with F.O.B. Origin. Currently Section B will contain 1 NSN Item managed by DLA Land and Maritime. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, Past Performance, and Proposed Delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Drawings/specifications will not be available through BSM DIBBS.
