This is an acquisition for safety relief valves to be delivered to various military depot locations, with a required delivery schedule of 100 days. The total contract duration shall not exceed one base year plus four option years. The acquisition is other than full and open competition and will be solicited only to approved sources, with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation and Brownell LTD listed. The Government will evaluate offers based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other factors.
