Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside for a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to supply air filter elements. The total contract duration is one base year plus four option years. The required delivery for production items is 120 days, but this extends to 240 days if a First Article Test (FAT) is required, with a 60-day report delivery and 60-day government review. Items will be shipped to various military depot locations as needed. The Government holds complete technical data rights for this item, and drawings will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link.
