This procurement is for four (4) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) that are code and part numbered items with one source as stated in the attachment. The resulting Long-Term Contract (LTC) from solicitation SPE7MX25R0116 will establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) consisting of one (1) year. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted with other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Based on market research the government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation in its solicitation for these NSNs for CLINS 0001 and 0002 and FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items for CLINs 0003 and 0004.
