This contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with fixed pricing and the solicitation is for a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period will be five years, if the two options are exercised. Annual price adjustments via an escalation factor for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.

The solicitation will be unrestricted, issued under FAR Part 12 procedures, and will utilize Other Than Full and Open Competition Procedures as prescribed 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This item will be procured in accordance with manufacturer’s code and part number and is available from only one or a limited number of sources.
