This acquisition involves a consolidation of requirements IAW FAR 7.107-2 and has been determined necessary and justified. The determination will be posted with the solicitation IAW 7.107-5(c). NSNs 5925002047494, 5925014558635, 5925014558639, and 5925014611628 are being solicited. They are procured in accordance with Qualified Products Lists, see QPL numbers and QPL Government Designation numbers below. The solicitation is for a Commercial Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) and the FOB point is Origin. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various CONUS locations. The NAICS is on the SBA’s Nonmanufacturing Rule Class Waiver List, so offerors may provide the part of a large business. This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-aside, and the small business standard is 1250 employees. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on or about 2/28/2024. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned as instructed in the solicitation by the date and time specified. DIBBS quotes are not acceptable; but a PDF copy of your proposal/quote may be uploaded to DIBBS. A technical data package is NOT available.
