Solicitation SPE7MX23RX036 will be used to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) approximately five years in length for one three-year base period and two one-year option periods. The Contracting Officer (KO) has determined this item will be solicited unrestricted with other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.301.
