This solicitation is being issued as Unrestricted. The statutory authority for one or limited number of sources for this initiative is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a). This solicitation will use Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 procedures- Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial items. This solicitation is for a total up to five-years to acquire the commercial supplies listed in the schedule. The five-year period comprises of a base period for three years and two separately priced one-year option periods. This solicitation will be issued as a Firm-Fixed-Price, Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (SIDC). The maximum contract value will be $937,994.85. Solicitation will be available on DIBBS website on or about October 13, 2022, for 15 days. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. This item is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. DFARS clause 252.225-7021 will be included in the solicitation. Applicable quality clauses for Higher Level Contract Quality and First Article Testing (Contractor) will be included in the solicitation.
