The Government is pursuing a long term, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with fixed pricing and the solicitation is for a 3-year base period and two 1-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period will be five years, if the two options are exercised. Annual price adjustments via an escalation factor for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years. These items are currently coded as stock and there is no reasonable expectation that DVD or FMS buys will be issued during the term of the LTC. Thus, this solicitation will be issued to provide only stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. The solicitation will be Full and Open Competition, issued under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation. These items will be procured in accordance with drawings.
