NSN 4330009388044 (FILTER ELEMENT, FLUID) This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quality Contract (IQC) that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. Under this solicitation, the resulting contract will be Fixed-Price with Annual Price Adjustments, Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) issued under FAR Part 15 with a three (3) year base period and two (2) one-year options. . Solicitation will be unrestricted with full and open competition. The solicitation will be available on May 26, 2023, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ. FOB Origin is required with First Destination Transportation. Drawings will be available on the solicitation issue date, refer to https://pcf1x.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be note on RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
