This item supports various weapon systems for which Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (0J198) , DRS Network & Imaging Systems LLC (1RWE7), Ace Electronics Defense Systems LLC (5TWH2), and United Support Solutions – LMT Inc (7MAC9) are sources of supply. The scope of this acquisition includes all Department of Defense (DoD) managed items for which Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (0J198) , DRS Network & Imaging Systems LLC (1RWE7), Ace Electronics Defense Systems LLC (5TWH2), and United Support Solutions – LMT Inc (7MAC9) are the original equipment manufacturers (OEM). The total duration shall not exceed five (5) years (one three-year base period with two one-year option periods). This proposed procurement includes one Federal Supply Class: 5930. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, surge and sustainment, small business participation, and other factors as described in the solicitation.
