Inspection and Acceptance will be at destination for all items. FOB Origin: The items are part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. The proposed procurement does not contain an option to extend the contract period and is for a period of three years. The proposed procurment is for three NSNs as stated in the title for Federal Supply Class 5985. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). The items covered by this initiative will be procured under FAR Part 15—Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted with other than full and open competition.
