The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) and the FOB point is Origin. The proposed procurement contains a base period of 3 years with no option periods. Items will be shipped to various CONUS locations. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside, and the small business standard is 750 employees.
