This procurement is for one (1) National Stock Number (NSN) 6665-01-645-6815 supporting WASP CLASS LHD / AMERICA CLASS LHA. This NSN has an AMC/AMSC of 3/C and is code and part with one source as stated in the attachment. The resulting Long-Term Contract (LTC) from solicitation SPE7MX-23-R-0053 will establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) consisting of five (5) years, which includes a three-year base period and up to two option years. The solicitation will issue as unrestricted with other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Based on market research the government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation in its solicitation for this NSN. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Federal Supply Class: 6665. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal, which shall be considered.
