The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 2 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for use on multiple weapon systems programs. This procurement will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a two-year base period and one year option period. Options are exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total duration based plus option years shall not exceed three years. Items may be shipped to various stock CONUS locations. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the Request for Qroposal (RFQ). Solicitation will follow Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and any other factors as listed in the solicitation.
