DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit for a firm-fixed price, 3-year long-term indefinite quantity supply contract (IQC) for the acquisition of the following two NSNs: CLIN 0001 NSN 4720-00-109-8145 Hose Assembly, Nonmetallic CLIN 0002 NSN 4720-00-289-1409 Hose Assembly, Nonmetallic Both items will be procured by drawings, in accordance with their Technical Data Packages (TDP). These drawings will be found in the solicitation’s Product Item Description (PID) attachment. The Government will place delivery orders under this contract for DLA STOCK SUPPORT only. The resulting contract will be issued under FAR Part 15, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The 3-year contract will be structured with a 1-year base period, with two 1-year option periods. Proposed escalations shall be negotiated for years two and three. This solicitation will be for a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. All responsible domestic small business sources may provide a proposal to the Request for Proposal (RFP). The small business size standard is 500 employees. The RFP will be available at the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the approximate issue date of 16 AUG 2022 or thereafter.
