This solicitation is being issued as a Set Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), with Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources citing Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.206 and 19.1405. This solicitation will use procedures from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 – Contract by Negotiations. The solicitation will be for a total of two years, which includes a one-year base period and a one-year separately priced option period. The contract length will not exceed two years.
