Amendment 0002 is issued to re-open the solicitation to incorporate two additional NSNs 3010016054119 and 6695016180839. _________________________________________________ The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 31 spare parts in various Federal Supply Classes (FSC), all sole source to Johnson Controls (66935); see attached NSN list. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three year base period and two one year options is anticipated. Applicable NAICS is 333415 and Small Business Size Standard is 1250. Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Scope: In addition to those NSNs specified in Section B of this solicitation, the scope of this contract includes all DLA and DoD managed NSNs for which Johnson Controls, Inc. (66935) is the only approved source. Items within the scope may be added via bilateral modification in accordance with Procurement Note L27- Addition/Deletion of Items. The solicitation will be available on January 14, 2022, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery as described in the solicitation. This acquisition involves a consolidation of requirements IAW FAR 7.107-2 and has been determined necessary and justified. The determination will be posted with the solicitation IAW 7.107-5(c).
