The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a three year base and two separately priced one-year option periods for a potential total of 5 years. The total contract value is not to exceed $1,173,120.00. This requirement is for Customer Direct support in CONUS/OCONUS. At the time of solicitation, there is one (1) NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime. DLA Land and Maritime intends on issuing request for proposal SPE7MX21RX050 for the following material being procured in accordance with the below listed approved source/part number: 6665-01-609-1403 Item description: DETECTOR,GAS APPROVED SOURCE/PART NUMBER: RAE SYSTEMS INC. 06JB6 P/N C03-0912-002 Unit of Order: Each (EA) Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ):312 Various Increments Solicited: FROM: 20 ea TO: 39 ea FROM: 40 ea TO: 117 ea FROM: 118 ea TO: 234 ea FROM: 235 ea TO: 468 ea Destination Information: Customer Direct FOB Origin /I&A destination Government Required Delivery on Any Quantity: 60 days (or less, at no additional cost to the Government) One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services However interested solicitation for the described supplies or services.
